We are a collective of experienced and knowledgeable people dedicated to the almighty chilli. Our backgrounds include catering, food production, adult education, chilli farming, entertainment, food writing and more.

Over the past 13 years we have been involved in hundreds of festivals and events, providing services such as chilli eating contests, educational talks on a variety of chilli based topics, cooking demonstrations and event management. We have performed in front of a few hundred people to crowds of over 20,000.

We run a successful YouTube channel which currently boasts over 770,000 subscribers. There are opportunities to partner with us and use our growing reach to promote your products. We have previously partnered with companies such as Iceland, Petromax, PepperExplosion, Fuego Box, Dr. Burnorium and more.

Our media work continues to expand having recently completed working on a Netflix series and independent movie now on Amazon Prime. We’ve previously worked alongside celebrities and TV personalities such as Paul Hollywood, Simon Rimmer, Dr. Michael Mosely and James Wong.

Sharing our knowledge and providing education remains at the heart of what we do. We provide detailed growing classes for those looking to improve their skills or just try their hand at growing chillies. We also provide in-depth classes to assist food industry professionals further understand chillies, their flavour profiles, flexibility and potential. Our corporate team events also provide education and fun at an affordable cost. Our popular 'Spicy Food & Beer Pairing' evenings are always a hit.
