We've known about Bigfat's for a couple of years. We met the owners (Kat & Jeremy) whilst having a chilli adventure in New York during March/April 2014. At that point we were blown away by their diverse & interesting range of sauces.
Jeremy was incredibly passionate about his craft and Kat was so friednly & chatty that they left a lasting impression. For reasons we forget, we failed to purchase any of their products at the time. We were gutted. So, when we returned to New York in 2015 we purchased an enture case of their products & brought them back to the UK with us.
Having overlooked them for so long, we felt it was only fair to crack open a bottle at random & review it. This video is our verdict!
