We take Hot-Headz' Habanero chilli Honey Mustard and mix it with cider to create a spicy sauce for Spanish Iberico rib eye steaks from Tom Hixon Butchers in London. Cooked by & at CountryWoodSmoke HQ in Devon and enjoyed by all! A simple and delicious use of chilli mustard.
