Fiery Coconut Chilli Sauce with Curry and Ginger by Byron Bay Chili Co Review
All the way from Australia the Byron Bay Chilli Company has been on our radar for a while and we met up with them in the US and we liked the sound of this Fiery Coconut Chile sauce with curry and ginger. Well here is what we thought! Apologies for Chili Dave and his attempt of an accent, it's just him and he tried, normally he is ok. He means no harm and not to upset anyone.
Ingredients: Sugar, Coconut (27%), Cider Vinegar, Water, Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy, Salt, Sugar), Cayenne Chilli (3%), Corn Starch, Curry Powder (2%), Ginger (2%), Garlic, Coriander, Salt.
